Well, I do know of a few cultures where this might be construed as warrior imagery, but without such a context I can't read this.

I work with acrylics. I can tell you right now, I know how friggin' difficult it is to blend, let alone shade, with them, and here you've done it beautifully. Also, I love the detail--everything from the proportionate anatomy to the cloth and the bird. Color me impressed . . . and quite envious.
And congratulations on the DD.

Looks impressive. I've started once again painting with acrylics but I find to get some straight and solid edges like you have here is quite a hurdle. Must be my brushes. Also, you've hidden quite well your brushstrokes.
